Product Introduction

TYD-LS Series Lock Nut Hydraulic Jacks are single-acting hydraulic lifting tools equipped with mechanical self-locking lock nuts. After lifting loads into place, the nut can be tightened to bear weight mechanically, so the cylinder can sustain heavy loads safely for a long time even without hydraulic pressure, ideal for equipment maintenance and static load support work. Built-in overflow holes limit the maximum stroke to prevent plunger separation from the barrel. Small & medium tonnage models retract automatically via heavy-duty return springs, while models of 250 tons and above adopt load return design. Fabricated from high-strength alloy steel with heat treatment and precision CNC machining, combined with anti-corrosion coating, imported seals and dust-proof rings for outstanding durability. All units are fitted with NPT 3/8” male connectors and dust caps; heat-treated anti-slip grooves on the plunger eliminate the need for a saddle seat. Compatible with all manual and electric hydraulic pump stations, widely used in equipment overhaul, bridge support, heavy component positioning and more.

Every model is equipped with NPT 3/8” male high-pressure connector and matching dust cap to protect thread fittings from dirt and impact damage.
Heat-treated anti-slip grooves on the plunger head provide strong friction during lifting, no saddle accessory required.
