Product Introduction

Models TYD0102B and TYD0102BH are long-stroke single-cylinder manual hydraulic high transmission jacks, professional tools for gearbox disassembly in auto repair. Adopting single oil cylinder hydraulic structure, lifting is achieved by foot pump pressurization, simple to operate and easy to maintain. Compared with ordinary single-cylinder models, this series features longer lifting stroke, min height 1270mm and max height up to 2070mm, suitable for repairing vehicles with higher chassis. The frame is welded with thickened steel plate and equipped with return spring to ensure stable and controllable cylinder descent. The rotatable adjustable top bracket with safety chains can fix gearbox assemblies from multiple angles and prevent workpiece slipping. Swivel casters on the bottom enable flexible movement to transport heavy transmission parts in workshops.

The two models have rated load of 0.5T and 0.6T respectively, same overall dimension and slight difference in weight. Individually packed in cartons, 410PCS per 20ft container with good cost advantage for export. CE certified for reliable safety. Suitable for small & medium repair shops and auto maintenance training centers, ideal for gearbox service requiring larger lifting height.
