Product Introduction

Models TYD0101H-1 (0.5T) and TYD0101G (1T) are telescopic high hydraulic transmission jacks, professional garage tools for automotive chassis maintenance. They adopt thickened steel welded frame and high-strength telescopic hydraulic structure, fitted with single return spring to realize smooth and stable cylinder reset during descent. This series has no handwheel. All operations are controlled by hydraulic lever. The simplified structure with fewer components brings lower failure rate in long-term service. Multi-directional swivel casters are installed at the bottom for flexible movement in workshop, convenient to transport heavy workpieces such as gearbox and transmission assembly. The angle-adjustable bracket with safety chain firmly locks the workpiece to prevent slipping during maintenance and protect operator safety. The two models have different rated loads: 0.5T for ordinary passenger cars, and 1T for heavier transmission assemblies of larger vehicles. With wide lifting stroke compatible with multiple chassis heights, they are widely used in gearbox disassembly and clutch replacement. It reduces labor intensity for heavy assembly handling and fits high-frequency daily work in auto repair shops.
