Product Introduction

TYD-D Series Telescopic Hydraulic Jacks adopt single-acting load return structure, designed specially for lifting operations requiring long stroke. Load capacity ranges from 10 ton to 50 ton, total stroke covers 270mm~600mm, with maximum working pressure of 700bar. The cylinder is precisely machined from high-strength alloy steel with premium heat treatment and anti-corrosion surface coating. Equipped with imported sealing components and dust-proof rings, it features excellent wear resistance, leak-proof performance and long service life. The plunger retracts automatically by load weight after pressure release. Each cylinder is fitted with NPT 3/8” male connector and dust cap, flat saddle is supplied as standard while inclined saddle is customizable. Customers can buy cylinders separately or complete sets including hydraulic pump, high-pressure hose, pressure gauge and fittings. Widely applied in vehicle maintenance, high-position equipment lifting, factory machinery elevation, construction machinery overhaul and other work requiring extra long lifting stroke.

High-pressure hoses feature durable pressure resistance; pressure gauge monitors oil pressure in real time to avoid overload risks and ensure safe operation.
