TYD-CCB Series Ultra Low Profile Hydraulic Jacks are single-acting load return high-pressure lifting tools with extremely low closed height, specially developed for lifting operations in narrow confined spaces. They are widely applied in synchronous lifting for highway bridge maintenance, bridge rubber bearing replacement, as well as machinery alignment, turbine unit commissioning, heavy steel structure component docking and other engineering works. Compact, lightweight yet with powerful load capacity, these cylinders are manufactured from high-strength alloy materials for outstanding durability. Equipped with standard hydraulic connectors and compatible with all manual & electric hydraulic pump stations, they are easy to operate and ideal lifting equipment for infrastructure and heavy industry maintenance in limited-space conditions.

  • Small overall size and light weight together with large load capacity, convenient for moving and field operation.

  • Made of high-strength alloy material with protective surface coating, greatly extending service life of the cylinder.

  • Single-stage plunger structure with ultra-low closed height, suitable for gaps and all limited-space working areas.

  • Fitted with 3/8-18 NPT female hydraulic connector and matched dust cap, preventing dust and moisture to maintain good sealing performance.

  • Rated maximum working pressure up to 700 bar, adaptable to various heavy lifting conditions including bridge construction, power plant and heavy engineering industries.
