Warranty: 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects (does NOT cover wearing parts: nozzle, fluid needle, air cap, seal gaskets; damage caused by improper operation, collision, chemical corrosion is excluded).
Defective goods: If any defective items found upon receipt, please provide clear photos / videos within 7 working days. We will offer replacement or compensation according to actual defective quantity.
Spare parts: Consumable spare parts (nozzle, air cap, fluid needle, gasket) are available for separate order.
Technical support: We supply operation guidance and troubleshooting support by message / email.
Return & Exchange: Return is accepted only for quality related problems. Buyer shall bear return freight for non quality issues.
